Alisha is a dedicated occupational therapist with a decade of experience, primarily focused on the pediatric population. She has honed her skills in both educational environments and pediatric outpatient clinics. One of the aspects she enjoys most about pediatric therapy is the opportunity to engage in playful activities with her clients, especially during the holidays! Her commitment lies in making therapy not only effective but also enjoyable, all while addressing the fundamental developmental systems that influence a child's achievements. Alisha has two key areas of passion in her OT career: working with medically complex infants and supporting older children facing academic challenges due to learning disabilities or ADHD—areas in which she deeply relates to due to her own children's experiences.
